Shipping and processing is the charge you pay for shipping, internet order processing, packaging, transportation and handling.

Florence in a Box ships to most destinations worldwide and, on request, offers a choice of shipping methods.

Please note that all packages lighter than 2kg or 4.4 lbs combined and sized up to 90 cm can be sent international priority which takes 7-10 working days to the US and Canada and 10-14 days to Asia and Australia. Although the cost for this type of shipping is low and varies from $10.00 to $25.00, no tracking number is issued and postage can be subject to customs delays.

All packages heavier than 2kg or 4.4lbs combined can be sent with Fedex 48 hours or with other express couriers from Italy. If your package does not reach you within the established time, claims must be filed directly with the express courier and not with Florence in a box. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARRIER DELAYS OR ERRORS.
Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when you are filling out your order form. Florence in a Box is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. Florence in a Box cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Each order is carefully hand packed and upon request, for no additional fee, can be elegantly wrapped in traditional Florentine paper.
